ULEM
The ULEM choir is a project of a loop in motion in collaboration with YMSMallorca.
Singing has many benefits. It brings self-knowledge, emotional balance, more energy and self-esteem.
With simple techniques of singing, addresses the power ofbreathing and singing to release physical and emotional tensions.
It is a highly recommended activity for women diagnosed of cancer.
After a partial or radical mastectomy many affected womenmay lose self-esteem, the effects of the chemotherapy hairloss, swelling, leading often to an emotional imbalance.
Start singing will help you, it will give you joy, energy andmood to deal with the disease.
We started this project in Mallorca. If you are going or you’vegone through a Cancer may want to participate in the ULEM choir.
